Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. If your item is customized, please allow 7–10 days for crafting. You’ll receive a tracking number once it ships. International shipments may take longer.

We ship worldwide. Wherever you are, we’ll make sure your order reaches you safely. Customs fees may apply depending on your country.

6. What if I don’t like my item?

No problem — if your item is unused and not customized, you can return it within 14 days. We’ll guide you through the process.
